Bhupender Rawat

Master Chef Bhupender Rawat (Bhupi) comes to Austin from New Delhi, where he trained and refined his culinary skills at some of the most exceptional hotels in India, including The Ambassador Hotel, The Park Hotel, and the India International Centre. Chef then honed his skills with his own catering business, where he catered to various Government events as well as for Private Corporations. After living in Germany for four years as a corporate chef, Bhupi came to Austin, where he provided consulting services for Indian cuisine in Austin for over a decade. With a comprehensive knowledge of Indian culinary history, Chef Bhupi has opened his restaurant, Zaika, in 2018.
